Accreditation
The Annette Burley School of Dancing has the distinction of being a holder of the Theatre Dance Council International Award of Recognition of High Standard; prestigiously awarded and maintained because of the school's extremely high standard of achievement in examinations over many years.
It is a nationally accredited school of excellence and is also on The Theatre Dance Council International list of recommended teachers.
Scholarships
Over the years, many girls have been nominated by the Associations' examiners for ballet scholarships. The pupils are selected from the very best in the United Kingdom. These accolades demonstrate the quality of the teaching and of the pupils hard work.
Lifetime Award
Mrs Burley's dedication to dance was recognised when she was presented with a lifetime award by the President of the B.A T.D. at a Conference in Aberdeen.
